Welcome to the “Tell Your Story” Campaign. Telling your story about how diabetes affects you and those around you is another important way of convincing your legislator to continue to support type 1 research to find a cure through funding programs like the Special Diabetes Program. Your stories will be compiled and submitted to your Members of Congress to show them the impact type I diabetes has on you and your loved ones.

Telling your story is simple:

1. If you are already an advocate click here to login or to request your username and password. If you're not an advocate you can simply enter your information in the form below and submit your story. Once you submit your story, you will become an advocate for JDRF. As an advocate you will be able to participate in calls to action and receive monthly emails to keep you abreast of what’s new with JDRF advocacy.
